The driver, D.J Herriman, 21, was removed from a 2016 Chevrolet truck and taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington where he is being treated for serious internal injuries, police said in a news release. Two passengers were treated at Porter Hospital in Middlebury and released, police said.
