Bail has been posted for a Shelburne man accused in the death of a two-year-old toddler, and the man is no longer an inmate at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans Town, a jail spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday.

Joshua Blow, 27, is charged with second-degree murder following Aiden Haskins' death on July 22. He had been initially held without bail. Bail was set at $25,000 earlier this month by Judge Michael Kupersmith when evidence emerged that Aiden's fatal injuries may have occurred "days to weeks" before he died.

The correctional facility was not authorized to release information on who posted bail for Blow, and his court docket did not identify the bail poster. Blow was no longer listed as an inmate on an online offender locator at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Judge Samuel Hoar approved a Burlington residence Monday where Joshua Blow could live with his cousin, Tyler Blow, 27.

Joshua Blow will be placed under a 24-hour curfew, with exceptions for court hearings, scheduled medical appointments and emergency medical care. Joshua Blow is also ordered by Judge Kupersmith to obey conditions, including that he have no contact with several members of Aiden's family — including the toddler's mother, maternal grandmother, maternal grandfather and maternal uncle. Joshua Blow is further prohibited from intentionally being 300 feet from any of those people's homes, places of employment or cars.

If found guilty, Joshua Blow faces 20 years to life in prison.
